Iowa football announces kickoff time, TV channel vs. Ohio State

As No. 17 Iowa (3-0) readies for its road trip to No. 18 Michigan (3-0) this weekend, the Hawkeyes also learned their kickoff time for the following weekend against No. 7 Ohio State (2-1) on Oct. 3.

Iowa's matchup against Ohio State will kick off at 2:30 p.m. CT and it will be broadcast by CBS.

The two last played each other on Oct. 5, 2024, at Ohio Stadium, with the Buckeyes claiming a 35-7 victory. Ohio State owns a 49-15-3 all-time record against the Hawkeyes.

However, the last time Iowa hosted Ohio State was in 2017. That was also a 2:30 p.m. CT kickoff and the Hawkeyes famously dominated then-No. 3 Ohio State, 55-24. Nate Stanley had five touchown passes in that Iowa win over Ohio State.
