Fresh off a statement win over Lane Kiffin and LSU,Trinidad Chambliss and Mississippi football hit the road in Week 4 to begin a two-game stretch away from Oxford, opening with a trip to Gainesville to face No. 22 Florida.
Yet, the sixth-ranked Rebels are underdogs on the road — something Florida coach Jon Sumrall couldn't quite believe when he heard oddsmakers favor the Gators.
"Who has us favored against these guys?" Sumrall said on Monday during media availability, before a reporter told him Las Vegas. "There's a lot of good drugs out there, huh?"

While he may not be using Vegas' early betting odds as fire to the fuel to motivate his team for their SEC home opener, Sumrall did say he told his team that rankings in Week 4 of the college football season "mean nothing."
"Nobody posts anything up in the building about this year's team where you're ranked in Week 4," Sumrall said. "Nobody cares. … I told our guys, ignore all of that. The goal is how we get to 1-0 each week. Well, if we don't do a lot of self-improvement, we have no shot this week."
Like Ole Miss, Florida won its SEC opener over the weekend: a 44-39 win at Auburn in Jordan-Hare Stadium. Gators running back Jaden Baugh finished with 162 rushing yards and three rushing touchdowns on 26 carries, while quarterback Aaron Philo completed 15-of-22 passes for 204 yards and a touchdown pass.
Still, Sumrall doubled down on the tough test his team faces in Week 4 vs. the Rebels.
"They got the best quarterback in college football," Sumrall said of Chambliss, who rose to the top spot in USA TODAY Sports' Heisman Trophy momentum meter after the LSU win. "He's a dude. They got a lot of great weapons. We've got a lot to work on ourselves."
Florida and Ole Miss will kick off at 3:30 p.m. ET kickoff in Gainesville on Saturday, Sept. 26.
