Underrated quarterbacks in Big Ten will step up in Week 4

Big Ten football is officially here, and there are some great matchups this week. Great matchups are where the best players reveal themselves and separate themselves from the rest of the pack. There are a handful of players in the Big Ten I think will deliver elite performances this week.

Here are the players to watch in Week 4 of Big Ten football:

Aidan Chiles will give Indiana a scare

Aidan Chiles is coming off a spectacular performance against a solid Colorado defense. He threw for 3 touchdowns and 241 yards. That will help him head into this week against a Big Ten juggernaut and deliver. Chiles will play well enough to give Indiana a scare early. Chip Kelly and Chiles have found their rhythm; I think it will show early in this game. Indiana will pull away in the fourth quarter, but Northwestern will hang in the battle due to Chiles delivering.

Nick Marsh will have his best game yet for the Hoosiers

Nick Marsh has put up at least 70 yards receiving over the last two weeks. Charlie Becker has been the receiver taking up the most attention for the Hoosiers at the start of the year. That will open the door for Marsh to dominate. Marsh will eclipse 100 yards receiving for the first time in a Hoosiers uniform, helping Indiana get their first Big Ten win of the season.

Demond Williams will light up the Gophers

The Gophers had no answer for Kamario Taylor a couple of weeks ago. Demond Williams will put up a similar performance, leading Washington to their biggest win of the season. The Gophers have to take on the Huskies on the road, which is already a tough obstacle. The Gophers' defense is solid, and their offense is above average; however, both units will not come close to matching what the Huskies produce in this game. Demond Williams will lead the Huskies to a blowout win with a Heisman-level performance.

Bryce Underwood will have his worst game of the season

Bryce Underwood had his best game this past week against UTEP. He still has left enough room for doubt to be placed on him to start this season. He survived against Oklahoma. The Iowa Hawkeyes are known to pull off upsets. This week, I think the Hawkeyes' defense forces Underwood to have his worst game of the season. The defensive line will feast on Iowa, and they will take the Wolverines' run game, their greatest strength, away from them. They will force Underwood to beat them with his arm, and that spells trouble for Michigan.

Malik Washington will shine against UCLA

UCLA's offense will not be stopped by the Maryland Terrapins. However, Malik Washington will put together another elite showing through the air. He will step up to the plate against one of the hottest teams in the Big Ten. He will throw for 300 yards, 3 touchdowns, and keep this game a lot closer than it should be.
