Watch Tennessee football's Qua Moss return a punt for touchdown vs Texas

Tennessee football punt returner Qua Moss found nothing but green grass ahead of him against Texas on Sept. 26.

The transfer defensive back, who is also UT's lead returner, scampered 57 yards for the score — knotting the score at 10-10 with 11:14 left in the third quarter against the Longhorns. Tennessee's offense struggled to move the ball, accumulating just 104 yards of offense at the time of Moss' return touchdown.

Moss had a previous long return of 24 yards this season.

He became the first Vols punt returner to score a touchdown since Dee Williams went 39 yards against Texas A&M on Oct. 14, 2023.

Moss transferred from Kansas State in the offseason, revamping Tennessee's secondary. He made a stops at Dodge City Community College and West Georgia before making it to Kansas State.
