This seems like a battle of which team has give up less, with both entering this game at 2-2 with two embarrassing losses to their name (Kentucky and LSU for A&M, Utah and Georgia for Arkansas).
Arkansas is in the first year under new head coach Ryan Silverfield, who previously coached at Memphis.
Somewhat inexplicably, it looks like Marcel Reed will remain Texas A&M’s starting quarterback.
The Aggies will wear camo uniforms this Saturday, because reasons.
Famous LSU alumni include Shaq, Joe Burrow. Red Sox 3B Alex Bregman, ESPN’s Booger McFarland, Livvy Dunne, her pitcher boyfriend, rock band Better Than Ezra and “Old School” star James Carville.

Arkansas leads the all-time series 42-37-3, however the Aggies are 13-1 against the Hogs since joining the SEC, with their only win coming in 2021.
This is just the third time this century that Arkansas has traveled to College Station, with the other two trips happening in 2012 and 2020. The Ags and Hogs spent a decade and a half playing annually at AT&T Stadium in Arlington.
Famous Arkansas alumni include John Daly, Jerry Jones, Jimmy Johnson, Barry Switzer, Pat Summerall, John Tyson (of Tyson Foods) and some Waltons.

Give-a-crap: At this point, you have to wonder if this team is checked out… or if Arkansas is as well. The team who actually decides they want to play may be the one who wins.
Bacon & Ags craziness: No matter what the teams look like going in, this game always seems to provide it’s prescribed dose of college football insanity. If nothing else, this game should be entertaining.
A win? Unless things turn around drastically, it’s hard to project just how many wins this team has left on the schedule. So savor any that come our way. Geez that’s a depressing sentence to write.
