The college football slate isn’t quite as loaded with US LBM Coaches Poll Top 25 pairings as last week’s menu. But there are still plenty of compelling contests and potential upsets for our panel of pigskin prognosticators to consider.

In the Big Ten headliner, No. 14 Iowa, fresh off its last-second win at Michigan, returns home to take on No. 6 Ohio State. Naturally, there are a couple of ranked matchups in the SEC as well. No. 7 Alabama will brave the cowbells in Starkville to take on No. 16 Mississippi State in a battle of unbeatens, and No. 8 Florida puts its hot start on the line at No. 25 Missouri.

In ACC territory, No. 4 Miami (Fla.) visits Death Valley to take on Clemson, and No. 3 Notre Dame hits the road against North Carolina.

Will any of those contests produce surprises? What other teams in the rankings might be on alert? Read on to see what our staff experts think.
