It’s time to go to bed, folks. Ole Miss coach Lane Kiffin isn’t reportedly making a formal announcement on his future before Sunday morning.
According to ESPN college football reporter Marty Smith, Kiffin will hold a 9 a.m. meeting with Ole Miss players on Sunday before making an announcement on his future after that concludes.
Why hasn’t Lane Kiffin made a decision on his Ole Miss future yet?
Kiffin is likely to take the LSU job, but it’s unknown if he will stay to coach Ole Miss through the College Football Playoff or if he’s already coached his last game in Oxford.
If you’re hoping to hear how this goes before you hit the hay, the odds look slim unless news breaks without Kiffin’s direct confirmation. We’re sorry; it’s time to go to sleep. Sweet dreams, fans.
