STAFF PICKS: No. 3 Notre Dame Fighting Irish VS Stanford Cardinal

The Notre Dame Fighting Irish are somewhere around a 40 point favorite as they welcome the Stanford Cardinal to South Bend. So be careful with your betting habits this week — that’s a lot of points.

And yet… is it? Stanford looks to be truly bad whilke the Irish are truly competing for a national championship this season. To be honest, the only point spread that I’m paying attention to is if the irish can get their 15th double-digit win in a row.

Yes, a 28-20 or 35-27 win would be insanly bad for Notre Dame this week, but even if they just win 42-6 — it does the thing without doing the thing (but maybe it’s still a bad thing?).

We’re pretty sure how this week will go for Notre Dame VS Stanford, but what about the other big games across the country? Here are some of the other games we are keeping an eye on this week:
