Things got tense in the final minutes of Saturday's top-10 matchup between Georgia and Alabama, as several no-calls not only sparked frustration from the Crimson Tide and its fans, but also derailed a possible upset victory for Kalen DeBoer's squad.
That frustration lingered after the game from the stands at Bryant-Denny Stadium.
As Georgia players made their way off the field following the Bulldogs' 20-17 victory Saturday, fans were seen throwing objects toward players near the tunnel as they exited the field.

Officials' controversial rulings began with an overturned interception by Alabama linebacker QB Reese in the third quarter. ABC analyst Kirk Herbstreit criticized the call, saying there was no definitive proof that the ball bounced off the turf instead of Reese's wrist.
While Georgia didn't score any points on the overturned call — Georgia kicker Peyton Woodring missed the 39-yard field goal attempt — it did potentially cost the Crimson Tide a scoring opportunity in what ultimately was a field goal game.
Officials also did not call targeting on Georgia's Demello Jones after his hit to Alabama wide receiver Ryan Coleman-Williams dislodged the ball on third down. Officials declined to throw the flag, and Alabama ultimate punted after a false start penalty on fourth down.
The more egregious no-call came on Alabama's final drive of the night, when Keelon Russell tried to go down field to Rico Scott for a potential touchdown. Russell's pass was broken up by Georgia defensive back KJ Bolden, but replay appeared to show Bolden and fellow defensive back Braylon Conley made contact with Scott during the play, preventing the Alabama receiver from having a chance to make the catch.
Russell was sacked for 9-yards on the next play.
"We can't put the game in the situation where the officials come into play," DeBoer said postgame. "We got to control the things we control."
The loss drops Alabama to 5-1 overall this season. Alabama travels to No. 14 Tennessee on Saturday, Oct. 15 for a 3:30 p.m. ET kickoff for the latest edition of The Third Saturday in October rivalry.
