IHSA football state finals: Scores, schedule for postponed championships

The Illinois High School Association plays its postponed football championship games starting today and continuing Wednesday. The games, originally scheduled for Saturday, were postponed Friday because of a snow storm that hit Illinois over the weekend.

IHSA state football: Tuesday, Dec. 2 games
At Hancock Stadium, Normal
- Class 5A: New Lenox Providence 14, Wheaton St. Francis 6 | 2Q
- Class 6A: 11 Oak Park Fenwick (10-3) vs. 8 East St. Louis (10-3), 6 p.m.
IHSA state football: Wednesday, Dec. 3 games
At Huskie Stadium, DeKalb
- Class 7A: 25 Chicago St. Rita (9-4) vs. 6 Chicago Brother Rice (12-1), 3 p.m.
- Class 8A: 1 Chicago Mt. Carmel (13-0) vs. 11 Oswego (11-2), 6 p.m.
IHSA state football: Friday, Nov. 28 games
- Class 1A: Lena-Winslow 58, Mt. Sterling Brown County 13 | FINAL
- Class 2A: Wilmington 42, Maroa-Forsyth 6 | FINAL
- Class 3A: Byron 56, Tolono Unity 50 | FINAL
