Alabama football loses 2026 3-star wide receiver commit, flips to Vanderbilt

Alabama football has lost a wide receiver in the 2026 recruiting class.
Owen Cabell, a three star wide receiver out of Nashville, Tennessee, ended his commitment to the Crimson Tide on early signing day and flipped his commitment to Vanderbilt, per Rivals.
Cabell has been committed to Alabama since June 30. He is the No. 630 player and the No. 87 wide receiver in the 2026 recruiting class, per 247Sports’ composite rankings.
With Cabell out, Alabama has one wide receiver signed in the 2026 class: Alexander City four star Cederian Morgan.
