Where and who might Notre Dame play after CFP snub?

The Notre Dame Fighting Irish aren't going to be in the College Football Playoff.

The next question, as the shock from the snub wears off, is what happens with a potential bowl game?

It sounds like Notre Dame could face off against BYU, which is another school that has a major reason to feel snubbed by the CFP committee, in the Pop-Tarts Bowl

That game would be on December 27 at Camping World Stadium in Orlando.

The matchup isn't final, but a source has said that's the likely scenario, according to CBS Sports.

If that's how things play out, you could have two very angry football teams vying to give the football version of an obscene gesture involving middle fingers to the CFP committee.
