'What A Joke' – Deion Sanders Ripped For His Media Decision

The 2025 season just keeps getting worse for Deion Sanders and the Colorado Buffaloes.

Colorado dropped to 3-6 on the season last Saturday, suffering a 52-17 loss to Arizona at home. Coach Prime's defense had no answer for Noah Fifita, who completed 11-of-19 passes for 213 yards with four touchdowns. The Buffaloes also gave up over 200 yards on the ground.

As if suffering a blowout loss wasn't bad enough, Sanders didn't let any of Colorado's players talk to the media on Saturday.

"Don't attack the coordinators. Come at me," Sanders told reporters. "Don't attack the players. Come at me."

Deion doubles down.

On Tuesday afternoon, Colorado reporter Brian Howell revealed that players and coaches aren't being made available to the media this week.

"After not making any players available to media after the loss to Arizona on Saturday, Colorado isn't providing any players or assistant coaches to media this week leading up to the game at West Virginia," Howell said. "Not sure if that's ever happened during my time on the #cubuffs beat."

As you'd expect, Sanders is facing criticism for this decision.

"It’s cause Sanders is a garbage coach," one fan wrote on X.

"I bet his son will be there with a camera to post to their narrative controlled channels. It's already been an embarrassing year and it just keeps getting worse. What a joke," a second fan declared.

"Don’t worry Deion knows what the problem is and is going to fix it. He just can’t explain the issue or hold anyone in his program accountable. Everything is on the up and up," another person sarcastically replied.

Colorado will take on West Virginia this Saturday. If the program loses yet another game, all the noise surrounding Sanders will get louder.
