STILLWATER — Rob Glass will not remain in his position as the Oklahoma State football strength and conditioning coordinator, The Oklahoman has confirmed.

As of now, Glass remains under contract with the university in his role of assistant athletic director of speed, strength and conditioning.

Glass’ move away from football was initially reported by PokesReport.com, which also said North Texas’ Bryan Kegans will become OSU’s strength coach under Eric Morris. At North Texas, Kegans had the title of assistant head coach and head strength and conditioning coach.

In January 2024, Glass agreed to a five-year contract that maintained his status as the highest paid strength and conditioning coach at a public university in college football. The deal pays him $1.1 million per year and runs through Jan. 31, 2029.

Other remaining OSU coaches from the 2025 staff are still awaiting opportunities to meet with Morris about potential roles on his staff. Sources have told The Oklahoman that list includes the likes of Doug Meacham, Clint Bowen, Cooper Bassett, David Glidden and others.
