Former Georgia Bulldogs recruiting target Tavion Wallace plans to enter the transfer portal, which opens on Jan. 2. Wallace is a former four-star recruit. He signed with the Arkansas Razorbacks over Georgia and the Florida State Seminoles.

As a freshman, Wallace posted two total tackles with Arkansas. He played high school football for Appling County in Baxlet, Georgia. The Arkansas linebacker played in nine games for the Razorbacks in 2025. He played special teams in addition to defense.

Wallace was the No. 16 ranked linebacker in the country as a recruit. The 6-foot-1, 230-pound defender was ranked as the No. 185 recruit in the nation and the No. 25 prospect in Georgia, per 247Sports. He is currently unranked as a transfer since he just announced his intentions.

Wallace is expected to be one of many Arkansas players to transfer this offseason. The Razorbacks fired head coach Sam Pittman after a loss to Notre Dame in September. Wallace will have three years of eligibility at his new school. Based on his recruiting ranking and college experience, he should receive a significant about of Power Four interest.
