Will the Ohio State football team be on the field today after the Big Ten Championship game?

Following its first loss of the season against Indiana, the Buckeyesreceived the No. 2 overall seed in the upcoming College Football Playoff, where they’ll play the winner of the first-round game between No. 7 seed Texas A&M and No. 10 seed Miami (FL).

Because of that, the Buckeyes will rest this week while we all watch the Heisman ceremony with quarterback Julian Sayin being one of four finalists.

Prior to Ohio State getting back on the field, you can take in the first round games, then wait for the Buckeyes to take on either the Aggies or Hurricanes in the Cotton Bowl Classic on December 31. So yeah, Buckeye Nation, it’ll still be a couple of weeks before you can see some Scarlet and Gray run across your television or streaming device.
