Less than a week after being selected as Walter Camp All-Americans, each of Oregon Ducks guard Emmanuel Pregnon, safety Dillon Thieneman and tight end Kenyon Sadiq have now officially been named AP All-Americans as well for their standout play in 2025. Center Iapani Laloulu also joined them as an AP All-American.

Pregnon claimed a first-team honor, as he quickly established himself amongst the top players on the team.

The former unranked, no-star recruit has come a long way since not appearing in a game during each of his first two seasons at Wyoming. In his first season of action in 2022, he was named a Freshman All-American and subsequently transferred to USC to show his talent in the then PAC-12 and eventual Big Ten.

The 6-foot-5, 318-pounder started all 25 games during his time with the Trojans, but decided to utilize his final year of eligibility at Oregon.

Considering he was just named an AP First Team All-American, the decision to join the Ducks has certainly gone according to plan. While leading the way for the 14th-best rushing offense in the nation, Pregnon’s road-grading ability has put him in position to be a mid-round draft pick — or better — come April 2026.

Appearing on the second team, both Sadiq and Thieneman have met and arguably exceeded expectations coming into the season.

Quarterback Dante Moore called Sadiq “the best tight end in the country,” and he’s lived up to the honor. He leads the Ducks in catches (40) and receiving touchdowns (eight) while finishing second in receiving yards (490). While he didn’t win the Mackey Award (Vanderbilt’s Eli Stowers won it instead), given to the nation’s top tight end, Sadiq will have every opportunity to show that he’s the best during the College Football Playoff.

Meanwhile, if all Thieneman did was snag the game-winning interception against Penn State in Week 5, the Ducks would be happy that he transferred in last offseason. But the former Purdue Boilermaker star safety has done much more, contributing heavily in the run game and showing his ranginess in the secondary.

Widely known as the second-best safety in college football, Thieneman was second-team because Ohio State’s Caleb Downs was named to the first team. Nothing to be down about, as Downs is projected to be a top ten pick in the NFL Draft.

Laloulu’s third-team honor comes on the heels of a third consecutive season as a standout contributor along the interior of the offensive line. If he is to return next season, he’ll have a good shot at winning the Rimington Trophy, given to the nation’s most outstanding center. He was a finalist for the award this season.

All four players have had tremendous seasons and done their part in the most important aspect of all: the Ducks winning 11 games and putting themselves in position to go win the program’s first national title.
