Tennessee defensive lineman will transfer after 2025 regular season

Tennessee redshirt freshman defensive lineman Kellen Lindstrom plans to enter the NCAA transfer portal, according to On3.
The 6-foot-5, 240-pound defensive lineman appeared in six games for the Vols from 2024-25. He recorded six tackles.
Lindstrom appeared in three contests against East Tennessee State, UAB and New Mexico State in 2025, totaling two tackles against the Aggies.
In 2024, he appeared in three games against Chattanooga, Kent State and UTEP. Lindstrom recorded a career-high for tackles versus Kent State (four).
He is from Glendale High School in Springfield, Missouri.
The NCAA transfer portal will take place Jan. 2-16 for student-athletes.
Tennessee will conclude its 2025 football season against Illinois on Dec. 30 in the Liberty Mutual Music City Bowl. Kickoff is scheduled for 5:30 p.m. EST at Nissan Stadium in Nashville, Tennessee.
The Music City Bowl will mark the first meeting all time between the Vols and Fighting Illini.
