Cade Klubnik will have another opportunity to put his game in front of NFL decision-makers this postseason.

The Clemson quarterback has officially accepted an invitation to compete in the 2026 East-West Shrine Bowl, one of the premier pre-draft all-star events on the college football calendar. The game will be played Jan. 27 at the Ford Center at The Star in Frisco, Texas, with kickoff set for 7 p.m. ET and national coverage on NFL Network.

The Shrine Bowl gives top seniors from around the country a chance to work directly with NFL scouts and coaches throughout the week, leading into a nationally televised showcase on game night. Klubnik’s acceptance adds another important evaluation opportunity as he moves closer to the NFL draft.

Before heading to Texas, Klubnik will close out his Clemson career in the Bad Boy Mowers Pinstripe Bowl against Penn State on Dec. 27 at Yankee Stadium. He has also earned an invitation to the Senior Bowl in Mobile, Alabama, which will take place on Jan. 31.

Klubnik wrapped up his senior season completing 66.6 percent of his passes for 2,750 yards with 16 touchdowns and six interceptions, while adding 107 rushing yards and four scores. A two-time ACC Championship Game MVP, he finishes his Tiger career as one of the most accomplished quarterbacks in program history.
