UTEP already knew its Mountain West opponents on its 2026 football schedule, but it officially has locations for its eight games in its inaugural year in the conference.
The Miners will play all eight teams in the nine-team league, and there won't be a trip to Hawai'i next year. That's because Hawai'i, Nevada, San Jose State and Wyoming are coming to the Sun Bowl in 2026.
The Miners have trips to Air Force, New Mexico, Northern Illinois and UNLV. Dates have not been announced and likely won't until summer.
UTEP will host Oregon State in a non-conference game on Sept. 26 in the Sun Bowl. It travels to Oklahoma on Sept. 5, hosts Texas Southern on Sept. 12 and travels to Michigan Sept. 19.
UTEP officially joins the Mountain West on July 1, 2026, following a 20-year run in Conference USA.
