Could a Nebraska quarterback be headed out east? Pete Nakos of On3 reports (subscription required) that Louisville is a school to watch when it comes to the potential transfer of Dylan Raiola.
Earlier in the week, Raiola announced he would enter the transfer portal in January after two years in Lincoln. In 22 career games, he threw for 4,819 yards, 31 touchdowns and 17 interceptions while completing 69.1% of his passes.
His sophomore year was cut short after suffering an injury in a loss against USC. In nine games this season, Raiola threw for 2,000 yards, 18 touchdowns and six interceptions.
Raiola will have competition if he wants to land with the Cardinals. Nakos also reports that Louisville is also looking at Florida quarterback DJ Langway.
The Cardinals are looking for a quarterback now that the current starter, Miller Moss, is seeing his college career come to an end. It’s also been reported that Oregon could be a factor in Raiola’s recruitment, and that Texas Tech is not expected to be involved.
