OFFENSE
QB: Thaddeus Breaux, Hamilton (Calif.)
Standing at 6-foot-4, 205 pounds, Breaux definitely passes the eye test for a freshman quarterback and his play on the field matches what you might expect for someone of his stature. RB: Kashus Clarvoe, Broomfield (CO)
Named first-team all-state in the Colorado as a freshman isn’t exactly an easy thing to do. Neither is almost reaching 2,000 yards as that’s what Clarvoe did this past season for Broomfield. The running back carried the ball 189 times for 1,815 yards and found the endzone 18 times. When it comes to Colorado’s top players, Clarvoe is one we will be talking about plenty.
WR: Maddox Porter, Battle Ground Academy (Tenn.)
Playing on the TSSAA Class AA, Division II state champion Battle Ground Academy squad, Porter was the team’s top receiver and put together arguably the best season for any freshman pass catcher. The wide receiver ended the 2025 campaign hauling 78 passes for 1,547 yards and scoring an eye-popping 27 touchdowns.
WR: Braelyn Allen, Johnson (TX)
Coming from the Lone Star State is Allen, who had himself a strong first year as one of the state’s breakout players out of the Class of 2029. The wide receiver averaged 20 yards per catch and as Allen caught 63 passes for 1,280 yards and added 19 touchdowns.
WR: Jordan Peacock, Walton (Ga.)

Playing every single snap throughout the season at left tackle for Milton, the 6-foot-5, 270-pound freshman helped anchor an offensive line that led the way to the Eagles winning eight games this past fall campaign. With Ghea slated to return, Milton head coach Ben Reaves can breathe easy knowing he’s got one of the state’s top Class of 2029 left tackles protecting his quarterback.
OL: Jaylen Speller, IMG Academy Junior National (Fla.)
Standing at 6-foot-5, 330 pounds, Speller had himself a strong first year playing on IMG Academy’s junior national team, that played many of the state’s better programs throughout 2025. Speller helped pave the way for over 3,700 yards of offense and 46 total touchdowns en route to a SSIA state championship.
C: Gabriel Gonzalez, Webb School (Tenn.)
Though the Webb School might’ve finished with a down year, new head coach George Quarles will have plenty to work with up front with one of Tennessee’s top Class of 2029 offensive linemen. Gonzalez, at 6-foot-3, 305 pounds, can play center or at guard. The interior offensive lineman started all 10 games this past season for the Spartans and figures to be an major piece to the puzzle for Webb.
OL: Shyzen Akiona, Kapolei (HI)
Akiona, who already has four Division I offers, started all throughout the 2025 season for one of Hawaii’s best high school football teams and was interchangeable on the offensive line. The 6-foot-3, 285-pound interior offensive lineman led the way up front as Kapolei played in Hawaii’s first-ever Open Division state championship game.
OT: Brylan Hunt, William Amos Hough (N.C.)
Another offensive tackle that played aplenty for a state championship team is Hunt from William Amos Hough. The 6-foot-4, 250-pound offensive tackle saw significant time on the offensive front for the Huskies, which ended up going undefeated in North Carolina’s Class 8A. Hunt was apart of a offensive line unit that helped produce over 4,100 yards of offense and 59 total touchdowns.
All-Purpose: X’Zavier Corbin, Eau Gallie
No matter what you asked Corbin to do, the freshman would do some damage against opposing teams was via the ground game and as a return specialist because of what he could do anytime he touched the ball on kick return. Corbin totaled nearly 400 yards kick returning and scored twice on kickoffs. At running back, Corbin rushed for 1,223 yards and 13 touchdowns.
DEFENSE
Edge: Anton Manning, Gilman (Md.)
Playing at one of Maryland’s better high school football programs, despite the 4-7 finish in 2025, Manning had himself a very productive season for the Greyhounds. Manning concluded the season through 11 games with 39 total tackles, 13 going for a loss and eight sacks.
DT: Kennedy Hurte-Jones, Catholic Memorial (Mass.)
Apart of this past season’s MIAA Division II Super Bowl state championship team, Hurte-Jones already has an offer from Boston College and it’s not too hard in seeing why schools are after the defensive stalwart. The 6-foot-4, 260-pound defensive tackle totaled 21 tackles, six for a loss and three sacks in 2025.
DT: Jaelin Coach, Plantation (Fla.)
Hard to ignore the production Coach had right out of the gates for the Plantation Colonels this past 2025 season, which saw the team go 7-5. The 6-foot-3, 280-pound defensive tackle tallied 29 total tackles, 12 going for a loss and one quarterback takedown.
Edge: Zalik Cannady, Wilson Prep Academy (N.C.)
Wilson Prep Academy won North Carolina’s Class 1A state championship in a defensive slugfest and one of the players they leaned on was Cannady, one of the state’s top freshmen all season long. Cannady led the defensive line with 78 total tackles, 21 going for a loss and 12 sacks. there wasn’t many that made the immediate impact like Cannady did.
OLB: Deyontay Gillespie, Farrell (Pa.)

Stroshine played a major role on the Lone Peak Knights’ squad that finished the season as Utah’s Class 6A runner ups to Corner Canyon. The 6-foot, 205-pound backer was second on the team in tackles with 82, eight going for a loss, two sacks and four defensed passes.
LB: Noah Finkelstein, North Broward Prep (Fla.)
The North Broward Prep Eagles reached Florida’s Class 2A state playoffs before losing in the regional quarterfinal round to eventual champion Cardinal Mooney. A key building block the Eagles will have moving forward is Finkelstein, who led the team in tackles with 150, 10 going for a loss, 2.5 sacks and four fumble recoveries.
CB: Jamar Brinson, Dillard (Fla.)
Whenever a defensive back begins to shine as a freshman down in South Florida, you start to garner a bit of attention. Brinson did so for one of Class 4A’s better squads as the cornerback tallied 11 total tackles and picked of three passes for the 10-1 Panthers.
CB:Bishop Allen, Brophy Prep (Ariz.)
Playing on a team that featured a number of Division I prospects, Allen is well on his way to being a name to know throughout the Grand Canyon State. The cornerback was solid in 2025, notching 40 total tackles, four defensed passes and intercepted one.
S: Captain Munnerlyn Jr., Williamson (AL)
Son of former NFL’er Captain Munnerlyn, the safety made a name for himself patrolling the Williamson Lions’ secondary in 2025. The younger Munnerlyn finished the past campaign tallying 63 total tackles, five went for a loss, three sacks, nine batted away passes and two picks.
S: Coron Russell, Roman Catholic (Pa.)
Starring for one of the top high school football teams in Pennsylvania, Russell saw plenty of time at safety for the Cahillite this past season. Russell finished the season racking up 26 tackles with three tackles for a loss and two sacks.
SPECIAL TEAMS
PK: Urijah Jones, Hoke County (N.C.)
The 5-foot-9, 175-pound freshman place kicker was superb whenever called upon for Hoke County to put toe to leather this 2025 season. Jones connected on 8 of 14 field goal attempts, with a long of 48 yards. The place kicker also made 8 of 9 extra point attempts and on 32 kickoffs, 14 went for touchbacks.

Return Specialist: Zach Williams, Bishop Lynch (TX)
We debated on putting the 5-foot-8, 160-pound dynamo at wide receiver, but Williams’ explosiveness as a returner was clear all throughout the season. The speedster was near unstoppable to catch once he got in the open field as he totaled around 500 yards via special teams, scoring two touchdowns.
