2027 top-rated running back names Tennessee football in top schools

Tennessee is recruiting toward its 2027 football signing class.
Five-star running back David Gabriel Georges named Tennessee in his top eight schools, along with Alabama, Georgia, Miami, Texas, Ohio State, Auburn and Ole Miss, according to Hayes Fawcett of On3.
The 6-foot, 205-pound prospect is an in-state target from Baylor School in Chattanooga, Tennessee. 247Sports ranks him as the No. 2 running back in the class and No. 1 player in Tennessee.
Tennessee offered Gabriel Georges a scholarship on July 31, 2024. He has visited Tennessee six times, most recently for the Vols’ football game versus Oklahoma on Nov. 1.
Oregon was the first school to offer Gabriel Georges a scholarship on Feb. 27, 2024. Other schools to offer him scholarships include Syracuse, Charlotte, Virginia Tech, South Carolina, Oklahoma, Michigan, Georgia Tech, Toledo, Colorado, Michigan State, Vanderbilt, USC, Penn State, Florida State, Louisville, Stanford, Wake Forest, Mississippi State, Missouri, Cincinnati, Georgia State, Maryland, Wisconsin, Notre Dame and North Carolina.
Tennessee has four commitments in its 2027 football recruiting class: linebacker JP Peace, cornerback Kamauri Whitfield, offensive tackle Princeton Uwaifo and defensive lineman Kadin Fife.
