The College Football Playoff quarterfinals kick off Wednesday night with the Cotton Bowl, featuring two of the biggest brands in the sport.

Ohio State and Miami will face off for the right to move on to the next round. These two schools frequently produce some of the biggest stars in the NFL, so there are plenty of celebrity fans on both sides of the matchup.

Miami's sideline often features former players like Michael Irvin and Warren Sapp, while Ohio State travels to games with a slew of former players itself. Combine that with this game being played in Dallas, and the celebrities will surely be out in attendance ahead on New Year's Eve.

Here's a look at who came out to watch Ohio State vs. Miami on Wednesday night.

Celebrities at Ohio State-Miami

Michael Irvin 

Unsurprisingly, Michael Irvin is on hand to watch the Hurricanes in Dallas, and he is joined by former Miami running back Chuck Foreman.

Irvin was a camera-favorite all night long, especially when Miami pulled out the win: 

Shaquille O'Neal

O'Neal didn't attend either Miami or Ohio State, but he is still attending the game, and apparently has a lean towards the Hurricanes.

Jimmy Johnson

The former Miami and Dallas Cowboys head coach is at AT&T Stadium to see the Hurricanes try and take down Ohio State.

Ray Lewis

One of the biggest names in Miami football history, Ray Lewis made the trip to Dallas along with many of his former teammates and coaches.

Andre Johnson

Former Hurricanes and Houston Texans wide receiver Andre Johnson joined some Miami faithful on the sidelines as well.
