Welcome to another Miami Hurricanes College Football Playoff game day everyone!
To continue the CFP journey, Miami travels to Arlington, TX to take on the 2nd seeded 12-1 Ohio State Buckeyes in the Goodyear Cotton Bowl. This is a major game of consequence in both the past and present for the Miami Hurricanes, and it’s against a team that Miami faced in a major spot previously.

The Tuesday update to the injury report:
- LB Malik Bryant, WR Daylyn Upshaw, and DB Damari Brown are all out. Of these, Brown is the biggest absence for Miami. He’s been stellar this year, but a bit unheralded with others in the secondary taking the headlines.
- Freshman DT Donta Simpson was also downgraded to OUT in the lead up to the game.
