Texas will head into the offseason with another roster question after wide receiver Parker Livingstone announced plans to enter the transfer portal, according to On3’s Hayes Fawcett.

Livingstone emerged as one of the Longhorns’ most productive receivers in 2025. He finished the season with 29 catches for 516 yards and six touchdowns, providing a reliable downfield option in the passing game. He also led the team with 17.8 yards per catch and had three catches for 25 yards in this week's Citrus Bowl.

Livingstone was rated the No. 342 overall prospect in the Rivals Industry Ranking. He checked in as the No. 52 wide receiver nationally and the No. 54 player in the state of Texas in 2024.

Texas closed the regular season 9-3 with losses to Ohio State, Florida and Georgia, leaving the Longhorns outside the College Football Playoff despite wins over Texas A&M and Oklahoma. The offseason now hit a key stretch as Texas prepares for what is expected to be Arch Manning’s final season.

With the transfer portal opening Jan. 2 and a top-10 class already signed per Rivals, the Longhorns are expected to be active in reshaping the roster.
