WEST LAFAYETTE − One year ago, Purdue football suffered a mass exodus that left it scrambling to fill roster spots.
This time around, entering a second season under head coach Barry Odom, the Boilermakers seem to be fairing much better in the coming and going of the transfer portal.
As of Tuesday morning, only one player from Purdue’s 2025 roster has signed with another program, though 18 others are in the transfer portal.
Purdue, though, has lured its share of players with promising upside to West Lafayette, including a pair of offensive linemen from USC, a running back from Texas and a safety from Michigan among six total players who’ve committed.
