LSU football added to its backfield with the commitment of running back Raycine Guillory. The former Utah ball carrier announced the decision on Tuesday via a post to his social media account.

Guillory spent his freshman season with the Utes and took just one carry for four yards. With head coach Kyle Whittingham departing and Utah's top running back returning, it made sense for him to seek a fresh start.

As part of the 2025 signing class, Guillory was a three-star prospect and the No. 45 running back, per Rivals' Industry Rankings. The Aledo, TX native was the state's No. 71 player. He chose Utah over multiple SEC offers but now he'll try his hand in the country's toughest conference.

LSU returns Harlem Berry after a solid true freshman campaign but lost its other critical backs in Caden Durham and Ju'Juan Johnson. Guillory will have a shot at earning quality carries.
