2027 4-star IOL Gecova Doyal lists final 4 schools, Ducks among them

The Oregon Ducks are well stocked in the offensive trenches relatively early into the 2027 recruiting class, with four-star offensive tackle Cameron Wagner, four-star interior offensive lineman Gus Corsair and three-star tackle Avery Michael already having committed to the Ducks.

They're sure to add more once signing day nears, and a recruit from the state of Washington very well could be among them. The Ducks were included in four-star interior offensive lineman Gecova Doyal's final four list alongside UCLA, Utah and Washington, per Rivals' Brandon Huffman.

Doyal is a talented mauler at 6-foot-3 and 270 pounds, coming in as the No. 16 interior offensive lineman and No. 352 player overall in the 2027 class. He competes for Puyallup High School in Washington, where he's the fifth-ranked player in the state according to 247Sports Composite.

The standout lineman began his high school career at tackle, but has since moved inside and projects on the interior at the college level. He had offers from over 15 programs, but has now narrowed that list down to just four.

Doyal took an official visit to UCLA last weekend and has official visits scheduled with Oregon (June 5) and Washington (June 19), with one potentially coming at USC as well.

The addition of Doyal to Oregon's 2027 class would be tremendous, as he'd be their third four-star as they aim to follow up a standout 2026 class in the offensive trenches.
