Tennessee is recruiting toward its 2027 football signing class.

Four-star linebacker Kenneth Simon II scheduled a visit to Tennessee for March 28, according to Tom Loy of 247Sports. He will also visit Georgia, Alabama, Ole Miss and Notre Dame this spring.

The 6-foot-2, 190-pound prospect is an in-state target from Brentwood Academy in Brentwood, Tennessee. He is the son of former Tennessee linebacker Kevin Simon.

247Sports ranks Simon II as the No. 7 linebacker in the class and No. 6 player in Tennessee.

Tennessee offered him a scholarship on May 12, 2025. His visit on March 28 will mark his ninth to Tennessee, and he has an official visit scheduled for June 5.

Purdue was the first school to offer Simon II a scholarship on Nov. 11, 2024. Other schools to offer him scholarships include Kentucky, Louisville, Vanderbilt, Florida, Nebraska, Auburn, SMU, Virginia Tech, Liberty, Tulane, Memphis, Southern Miss, Georgia Tech, Arkansas, Indiana, Missouri, North Carolina, Texas A&M and Florida State.

Tennessee has four commitments in its 2027 football recruiting class: linebacker JP Peace, offensive tackle Princeton Uwaifo, defensive lineman Kadin Fife and quarterback Derrick Baker.
