2027 kicker commits to Tennessee football

2027 kicker Ford Fehling committed to Tennessee on Tuesday. He committed to the Vols after receiving a scholarship offer on Monday.

“Blessed to receive a full scholarship offer from Vol football,” Fehling announced Monday.

He committed to the Vols and received a scholarship offer after attending a Tennessee football camp on Sunday.

The 6-foot-1, 195-pound kicker is from Marvin Ridge High School in Waxhaw, North Carolina. He does not have recruiting rankings from 247Sports.

Coastal Carolina was the first Division I school to offer Fehling. He also has a scholarship offer from Iowa.

The Vols have 13 commitments in their 2027 recruiting class: linebacker JP Peace, offensive tackle Princeton Uwaifo, defensive lineman Kadin Fife, quarterback Derrick Baker, athlete Jaden Butler, wide receiver KeSean Bowman, defensive back Carter Jamison, defensive back Brandon Leavell, tight end Malik Howard, defensive lineman Christian Mays, cornerback Dylan Haley, long snapper Sam McKeown and Fehling.
