Tennessee is recruiting toward its 2028 signing class.
Four-star offensive tackle Koehn Dial named Tennessee in his top six schools, along with LSU, Georgia, Ohio State, Oklahoma and Vanderbilt, according to Tom Loy of 247Sports.
The 6-foot-8, 294-pound prospect is an in-state target from Battle Ground Academy in Franklin, Tennessee. Rivals ranks Dial as the No. 16 offensive tackle in the class and No. 7 player in Tennessee.
Tennessee offered him a scholarship on Sept. 5, 2024 and he has not visited the Vols.
Eastern Kentucky was the first school to offer Dial a scholarship on June 12, 2024. Other schools to offer him scholarships include UCF, Missouri, Liberty, SMU, Ole Miss, Colorado and Kentucky.
Tennessee does not have a commitment in its 2028 recruiting class. The Vols have six commitments in their 2027 football recruiting class: linebacker JP Peace, offensive tackle Princeton Uwaifo, defensive lineman Kadin Fife, quarterback Derrick Baker, athlete Jaden Butler and wide receiver KeSean Bowman.
