The Oregon Ducks' on-campus recruiting staff has been busy this month, hosting a long list of top-ranked players on official visits in Eugene. That's not slowing down any time soon, either, with more big names expected in the coming days.
On Monday, one of the bigger names on the docket was confirmed.
According to On3's Kyle Kelly, 4-star defensive lineman Brayden Parks has confirmed that he will be taking an OV to Oregon even after his big official visit to Notre Dame this past weekend. When asked if he planned to cancel that visit following a great time in South Bend, Parks said no.
“Right now, I’m still planning to take the visit to Oregon.”
Standing at 6-foot-3, 305 pounds, Parks is rated by 247Sports as the No. 162 overall player and No. 18 DL in the 2027 class. He would be a major addition for Oregon, which currently has the No. 6 class in the cycle, but is looking for more additions on the interior defensive line.
247Sports' Brian Dohn currently has a prediction logged for the Fighting Irish to land Parks, but we will see how things change, if at all, should the talented DL make it out to Eugene.
