Jayden Anding's recruitment was an entertaining offseason version of what the LSU-Ole Miss rivalry has erupted into in the past year. Ultimately, the four-star class of 2027 safety chose to play for Lane Kiffin at his new school.
Anding is a highly thought of in-state prospect in Louisiana who currently plays his football at Ruston High School.
The defensive back is only 5-foot-11 and 170 pounds, but is said to have strong ball-tracking skills and is expected to grow into a mature frame in the next couple of seasons.
It looks like Anding's decision was a family affair, as his brother Aidan is a cornerback for the Tigers.

Aidan Anding is not expected to see the field for LSU in 2026 after tearing his Achilles, but could make it back for 2027 when his brother arrives on campus.
