OXFORD — Ole Miss football coach Lane Kiffin’s son is taking another visit to a major SEC program.

Knox Kiffin, a Class of 2028 quarterback for the Oxford High Chargers, will take a visit to Alabama on Nov. 8, according to a report from Adam Gorney of Rivals.

Knox Kiffin is coming off a 27-21 victory against Starkville on Nov. 6 in the Little Egg Bowl. Kiffin threw for 199 yards and four touchdowns on 12 completions in the home game. Lane Kiffin was in attendance.

No. 4 Alabama (7-1, 5-0 SEC) is hosting LSU (5-3, 2-3) at 6:30 p.m. It’s the same day as No. 7 Ole Miss (8-1) hosts The Citadel (4-5) at Vaught-Hemingway Stadium (noon, SEC Network+).

It will be the second time Knox sees LSU play this season. He visited LSU on Oct. 11 when the Tigers played South Carolina.

Oxford (9-1) will host a MHSAA 7A playoff game against Hernando (7-3) on Nov. 14.

Who is recruiting Knox Kiffin?

Knox Kiffin is a 6-foot-2, 170-pound recruit in the class of 2028. He recently moved to Oxford. The Chargers are one of the top teams in MHSAA 7A.

He has eight offers, according to 247Sports, including SMU, Arkansas State, Western Kentucky, Sacramento State, Murray State, Georgia State, FIU and East Carolina.
