4-star OT Kaeden Scott commits to Texas A&M

Texas A&M added another piece late Sunday night (or early Monday morning, depending on your perspective), building upon what is shaping up to be a top 2027 recruiting class for the Aggies, as for-star San Antonio Roosevelt OT Kaeden Scott committed to the good guys.

Scott stands at 6’7”, and is currently ranked as the No. 184 player in the country, the No. 20 OT and the No. 26 player in Texas, according to the 247 Sports composite rankings. He chose the Aggies over offers from Texas, Texas Tech, Ohio State, Tennessee and Ole Miss, among many others.

The Aggies now have a total of 10 commits in their 2027 recruiting class, as Scott joins fellow four-star recruit DeMarrion Johnson as the two OTs in the group. And while it may be insanely early in the cycle, A&M’s class is currently ranked No. 2 nationally, behind only Oklahoma.
