Four-star wide receiver Jaiden Kelly-Murray, one of the most productive pass-catchers in the 2027 class, committed to Colorado on Monday, giving Deion Sanders his sixth commitment in six days.
The 5-foot-10 South Carolina playmaker posted 72 catches for 1,072 yards and 16 touchdowns as a junior, after erupting for 81 receptions, 1,202 yards and 13 scores as a sophomore.
Across two seasons, he has piled up 153 catches, 2,274 receiving yards and 29 receiving TDs, while also contributing as a runner, defender and return threat.
He held over 40 scholarship offers from across the country before committing to Colorado, and was the No. 30 ranked WR in the 2027 class by Rivals.

What’s most notable is that Kelly-Murray’s commitment comes one day after Colorado landed top offensive tackle Li’Marcus Jones, continuing a remarkable six-day recruiting run that also included safety Gabe Jenkins, edge rusher Ba’Roc Willis, and cornerbacks Will Rasmussen and Prince Washington.
Sanders has now assembled the No. 38-ranked 2027 recruiting class nationally and the No. 2-ranked class in the Big 12.
Jenkins, Rivals’ No. 30-ranked safety, brings high-end defensive upside and helps strengthen Colorado’s long-term secondary pipeline. Willis adds edge athleticism, one of college football’s most valuable commodities. And Rasmussen and Washington further reinforce a defensive back room that has become central to Coach Prime’s blueprint.
Jones, meanwhile, was one of the more coveted tackles in the country, and could help to fill the massive void left behind by former five-star Jordan Seaton, while Kelly-Murray adds a versatile spark plug to the offense.

Sanders has built a reputation as one of college football’s premier recruiters, first at Jackson State and now at Colorado.
He famously flipped five-star Travis Hunter, the nation’s No. 1 recruit, from Florida State to Jackson State, a move widely viewed as one of the most shocking recruiting wins in recent college football history. And since arriving in Boulder, Sanders has continued leveraging his NFL pedigree, national profile and NIL-era branding power to attract premium talent.
Even after a disappointing 3-9 season, the worst of the Coach Prime era, landing six commitments in a single week suggests Colorado still carries significant recruiting pull.
