Kewan Lacy, Malachi Toney, and Dante Moore are your College Football 26 Standard Edition cover athletes. Lacy is coming off a fantastic season where he earned over 1,500 rushing yards and 24 touchdowns.
Malachi Toney had an astounding freshman year. Overall, the 18 year-old receiver caught over 100 passes (109), and earned over 1,200 receiving yards. Additionally, he scored 12 touchdowns. Although the Hurricanes came up short in last year’s National Championship game, Toney balled out, earning 10 catches, 122 yards, and a touchdown in the loss.
Dante Moore shined in his first season as the Ducks’ starting QB. He threw 30 touchdowns to just 10 interceptions while throwing over 3,500 passing yards. Overall, Moore has been with the Ducks for two seasons now, and is expected to take an even greater leap in 2026.
Indiana Head Coach Curt Cignetti is the College Football 27 Cover Coach, appearing at the forefront of the game’s deluxe edition cover. Cignetti led the Hoosiers to the National Championship last season, leading the program to their first ever National title. He’ll hope to do the same in 2026 as the Hoosiers are primed for another big season.
Other players appearing on the cover include Texas’ Colin Simmons, Notre Dame’s Leonard Moore, and USC QB Jayden Maiava. Simmons and Moore are the only defensive players on this year’s cover.
Overall, that includes all confirmed cover athletes and coaches that appear on the College Football 27 standard and deluxe editions. We can’t wait to hear more about the game leading up to its release this summer.
