It’s now ten up and ten down for the Ohio State football team in 2025 after dominating UCLA to the tune of a 48-10 victory in the ‘Shoe Saturday. The Buckeyes scored the first 34 points of the game, with the game never being in doubt, and still have everything in front of them. That includes the chance at a Big Ten title and a shot at defending their College Football Playoff national championship.

Bruins interim head coach Tim Skipper met with the media in a pretty quick postgame press conference after the game to discuss what he saw from his team, but also what he thought about Ohio State. It wasn’t a long press conference, but in case you missed it, we’ve got the entire two minutes and 56 seconds Skipper spent at the mic thanks to the UCLA Athletics YouTube channel.

Skipper discussed the injury to quarterback Nico Iamaleava, the challenge it was playing No. 1 Ohio State, and how the Buckeyes brought it, allowing OSU to return a kick for a touchdown, and a little more.

Next up for Ohio State is a date with Rutgers at home next Saturday. We’ll look back on this one and ahead to that one, leading up to the game, so check back with us here at Buckeyes Wire.
