Following two commitments already on Saturday, June 6, Colorado and Deion Sanders were not done yet.

Three-star offensive tackle and former Miami commit Zaquan Linton announced his pledge to Colorado late Saturday evening, giving the Buffs three commitments on the day. Linton was perhaps the most likely commit, considering he held a Crystal Ball for CU.

The Buffaloes beat out several other suitors, including Florida, Kentucky and UCF. Linton held 24 total offers and recently visited both Colorado and UCF.

247Sports Composite ranks Linton as the No. 1309 overall 2027 prospect, No. 103 offensive tackle and the No. 141 overall recruit from Florida.

The Wellington, Florida, native is a prototypical offensive tackle at 6-foot-5 and 300 pounds and, due to his track and field background, has the requisite athleticism to stick at tackle in college. Linton played both right and left tackle the past two seasons.

Linton joins Jaiden Lindsay as one of the two offensive line targets Deion Sanders’ staff landed this weekend. Colorado now has four offensive linemen committed to its 2027 class, out of 12 total players.
