KJ Duff, Antwan Raymond, and Kwabena Asamoah to Represent Rutgers Football at Big Ten Media Days

The Big Ten Media Days are just over a month away, as they will be taking place on July 28 in Chicago, Illinois. Three players have been chosen to represent Rutgers on Media Day, the program announced today, all of whom play on the offensive side of the ball. These players include wide receiver KJ Duff, running back Antwan Raymond, and guard Kwabena Asamoah. Rutgers will have most of their media coverage on July 28, which is the first day of the event.

All three players have established themselves as stars at their position and leaders on their team, making it no surprise that they were chosen to represent the program.

None of these players require any introduction to the Rutgers faithful. Last season, Duff recorded 60 receptions for 1,084 and seven touchdowns and was named an all-American honorable mention by Phil Steele and second team all-Big Ten. Raymond, on the other hand, carried the ball 244 times for 1241 yards and 13 touchdowns, and was named a Phil Steele fourth-team all-American and second-team all-Big Ten. Asamoah was named to ESPN’s All-American second team and was an all-Big Ten honorable mention last year for his performance on the offensive line. All three will have the chance to speak to the media during the event.

Rutgers head coach Greg Schiano will also have a chance to speak with the media that day as he prepares to enter the sixth season of his 2.0 era at Rutgers.
