As Iowa football's 2026-27 season opener against Northern Illinois at Kinnick Stadium swiftly approaches, the Hawkeyes' clash with the Huskies has officially sold out.

The news means that Iowa’s first four home contests of 2026 aren now sellouts, joining Iowa State (Sept. 12), Northern Iowa (Sept. 19), and Ohio State (Oct. 3).

Tickets remain for home games against Wisconsin (Oct. 31), Purdue (Nov. 14) and Nebraska (Nov. 27), but they may go fast given the rising excitement around head coach Kirk Ferentz's squad this year.

Kickoff for the Sept. 5 matchup between the Hawkeyes and Huskies from Kinnick Stadium is scheduled for 3:15 p.m. CT and will be broadcast on the Big Ten Network.

Iowa has sold out 28 consecutive games inside Kinnick Stadium, dating back to the start of the 2022 season.
