Alabama commit Trent Seaborn dominates Clay-Chalkville

No quarterback in the state of Alabama was more experienced going into the 2026 season than Thompson (AL) senior and Alabama commit Trent Seaborn.
The ALL-USA Southeast second-team QB, who has been the Warriors' starter since eighth grade, played like a seasoned vet in the season-opening blowout win over Central (AL) last week. This week, against a Clay-Chalkville (AL) team—one that he's never beaten—Seaborn was just as good.
He threw four touchdown passes, three in the first half alone, as the Warriors rolled to a 37-13 win over the Cougars.
Seaborn started his night guiding the Warriors on an immediate scoring drive just a few plays after the Cougars took nearly six minutes off the clock on their opening drive.
Feeling the pressure, Seaborn rolled to his left and found a wide-open Mason McClure for the 47-yard touchdown.
