Packers' Jordan Love Ranked Among NFL's 10 Most Clutch Quarterbacks

Green Bay Packers star Jordan Love is ranked on Bleacher Report's list of the NFL's top 10 most clutch quarterbacks.
Love was ranked No. 8.
"Love has led a tied-for-league-high eight fourth-quarter comebacks since 2023, and he was behind four game-winning drives in 2025," Bleacher Report wrote. "Like Young, he's backed that up personally with a 116.7 third-down passer rating in the second half of one-score games in 2025 (and 110.6 the last two seasons). On top of that, per Sharp Football Analysis, Love's 2025 EPA per dropback (+0.31) when trailing in the second half ranked second only to Matthew Stafford."
Love has turned into a solid QB under Matt LaFleur, but the Packers aren't paying Love to be solid. They are paying him to be a superstar.
After all, Love signed a massive four-year, $220 million contract with Green Bay in 2024.
Love finished last season with 3,381 passing yards and 23 passing touchdowns while completing 66.3% of his passes. The Packers went 9-7-1 and lost to the Chicago Bears in the wild-card round of the 2025 NFL playoffs.
Love enters this season with 11,535 passing yards and 83 passing touchdowns. He's 27-20-1 as a starter.
The Packers open the 2026 season against the Minnesota Vikings. It's time for Love to play like an MVP, especially since Micah Parsons will miss the start of the campaign while recovering from his ACL tear.
Green Bay is 1-3 in the playoffs since Love took over for future Hall of Famer Aaron Rodgers. Both Rodgers and Brett Favre won a Super Bowl with the Packers, so Love is under pressure to follow in their footsteps.
The Packers are 79–46–1 under LaFleur, including regular season and playoff games.
It will be fascinating to see how Green Bay does in 2026.
"My biggest thing that I've noticed since I got back is just my feet in the pocket, trying to be as smooth and consistent as possible," Love said. "When I go through my reads, get into my hitches and not getting antsy, not getting to that point where you're trying to move through the pocket too fast. Just staying calm, staying relaxed, move through my reads. If I've gotta move around in the pocket, keeping those movements pretty tight and not kind of running into where guys might be peeling off and able to hit you."
