There were plenty of outstanding individual performances during Week 2 of Greater Cincinnati high school football, but these players rose above the rest.

Kaden Estep, Elder: The Mr. Football hopeful continued his campaign with 24-of-30 passing for 357 yards and 2 touchdowns. He also rushed for a game-high 106 yards, adding another score with his legs.

Andrew Lyman, Elder: Elder's leading receiver scored a 75-yard touchdown on the Panthers' first offensive play. He finished with six catches for 123 yards and two touchdowns.

Jason Fedor, Covington Catholic: The senior receiver made himself wide open for a 74-yard touchdown. In a loss, he finished with three catches for 146 yards and a score.

Nate Pabst, Beechwood: He set the tone for the Tigers' 42-0 win over Beechwood, returning the opening kickoff 99 yards for a touchdown, then adding rushing touchdowns of 23 yards and 14 yards.

Alex Nagel, Mason: He rushed for 189 yards and four touchdowns in Mason’s 43-24 win over Sycamore in the Battle of the Skies GMC rivalry.

JJ Shelton, Winton Woods: Shelton opened Winton Woods' dominant 35-0 victory over Kings with a 99-yard kickoff return touchdown.

Zachary Branam, Sycamore: He completed 26-of-35 passes for 346 yards and four touchdowns in Sycamore’s 43-24 loss to Mason.

Gianni Simpson, Princeton: He intercepted two passes in Princeton’s 27-7 win over Middletown in the GMC opener.

Logan Schmenk, Lebanon: He rushed for 238 yards and two touchdowns in the Warriors’ 42-7 win over Loveland.

Brady Lawhon, Harrison: Lawhon was 13-of-18 in the air for 220 yards and two touchdowns. On the ground, he ran 20 times for 92 yards and another touchdown.

Lakota West runner Kenyon Norman scores his second touchdown run of the first quarter. Lakota West hosts rival Lakota East in Week 2 of Ohio high school football action. Lakota West won 48-18.

Kenyon Norman, Lakota West: The Northwestern commit ran 13 times for 262 yards and four touchdowns, including scoring runs from 72 and 75 yards out, as Lakota West beat Lakota East 48-18.

Roman Combs, Lakota West: Combs snagged an interception and returned it 38 yards to set up a Firebirds score. He also forced and recovered a fumble that he returned for a touchdown.

Morgan Brown, Deer Park: In a Thursday contest, Brown scored three times to lead Deer Park to a 50-8 win over Shroder. Brown ran once for a 48-yard score and intercepted two passes that he also ran back for touchdowns.

Aiden Wehrum, Milford: In his first career start, Wehrum was 17-for-22 for 340 yards and six touchdowns. He tacked on 34 yards and another touchdown on the ground.

Aidan Newdigate, St. Xavier: Against Wayne, Newdigate was 6-for-9 passing for 148 yards and two touchdowns. He also did damage on the ground, rushing 15 times for 128 yards and three more scores.
