Long have Hoosier fans looked upon the banners upon the wall of Assembly Hall. Now they get to explore new frontiers in the rhyming/songwriting/casual trash talking space with the addition of “sign.”

Indiana football is set to unveil signage in Memorial Stadium to commemorate the program’s 2025 national championship, the first in its history, during pregame festivities ahead of the Hoosiers’ 2026 season opener against North Texas on Saturday, September 5.

The signage will be within the stadium bowl and I’d imagine its locati0on will become pretty clear as fans and others arrive early ahead of kickoff. There’s plenty of room around said bowl so I’m pretty fascinated to see where it ends up, as long as it’s pretty far away from the press box.

It’s all part of a slew of upgrades made to the stadium ahead of 2026 that’ll include enhancements for the tailgating experience, new on-field options for fans, concessions upgrades and more.

Where do you think the new signage lands?
