Lane Kiffin is one of the most controversial head coaches in the college football world, especially after he decided to leave Ole Miss in the middle of their playoff journey and replaced Brian Kelly at LSU.

Most recently, the Tigers and Kiffin caught flak for insisting on welcoming former NFL players Dae’Quan Wright and Zxavian Harris back to college and signing them to LSU, for which Kiffin and Co. were even sued by the SEC.

Breiden Fehoko Joins Paul Finebaum to Criticize Lane Kiffin

Paul Finebaum, who is one of Kiffin’s most vocal critics, unleashed wrath on the LSU head coach on Saturday morning.

Talking about the whole Wright and Harris situation, Finebaum compared Kiffin to a 16-year-old.

Finebaum added that while some people might call Kiffin lovable, the LSU head coach is actually a “child” with no adults in the room, pointing to the absence of the program’s athletic director and the president.

Joining Finebaum in his criticism, former LSU defensive tackle Breiden Fehoko said:

“Thank you Paul. Zero adults. This was never about them kids. This is a man who craves attention, loves toxicity, & drama wherever he goes. For once in your very life take responsibility. Everyone in the world for the LAST MONTH knew the ramifications of what would happen if you rostered nfl players. Created this whole ‘villain’ identity and then backed out at the last hour. This isn’t the LSU I grew up on. I don’t care if these fans hate me but I refuse to be gaslighted about the repetitive behaviors that has followed this man everywhere he’s been.”

Amid all the chatter around Wright and Harris’ situation, Kiffin and the LSU staff decided to leave them out of the roster for week 1.

Talking about how the two players must’ve felt about that, Fehoko said:

“Dae’Quan Wright and Zxavian Harris gotta be sick watching this game tonight. There’s no way they get put on the roster now and they pretty much threw away their NFL careers to do this. Sickening.”

After LSU jumped out to a commanding 31-3 halftime lead over Clemson, Kiffin didn’t shy away from taking a dig at the controversy, telling ESPN’s Holly Rowe, ‘Imagine if we had pro players.’ LSU went on to secure a 51-10 win.
