2026 college football TV schedule, Week 2 AP Top 25 games

Week 2 of the 2026 college football season is set to kick into full swing, with another exciting slate of games on the schedule. This weekend, fans will be treated to one of the most highly anticipated shows of the year, with two of the top five teams in the latest AP Top 25 poll going head-to-head.

In the primetime Saturday slot, the No. 4-ranked Texas Longhorns will welcome the No. 1 Ohio State Buckeyes to Darrell K Royal–Texas Memorial Stadium for an epic showdown. It’s a rematch of the two teams’ season opener from a season ago, which the Buckeyes won, 14-7.

We’ll have to wait and see whether this year’s game can live up to the billing, but there are high hopes for the clash of titans, which will kick off at 7:30 p.m. ET on ABC.

All AP Top 25 teams will be in action throughout the week, which gets underway on Wednesday, September 10, with the No. 7 Miami Hurricanes hosting the Florida A&M Rattlers on the ACC Network.

Three top 25 teams, No. 23 Missouri, No. 24 Louisville, and No. 25 Virginia, will keep the action going on Friday night as we gear up for a loaded Saturday.
