Kickoff time, TV options set for Georgia football's game vs Oklahoma

The most anticipated game on Georgia football’s home schedule now a kickoff time.

The No. 2 Bulldogs’ game against Oklahoma on Saturday Sept. 26 is set for a 3:30 p.m. start and will be shown nationally on either ABC or ESPN, according to an announcement on Monday by the SEC. The TV assignment will be made after this Saturday's games.

The storied programs have played only once in a classic Rose Bowl in the 2017 season, a game Georgia won 54-48 in overtime.

Tickets for the game start at $264 on StubHub. The Oct. 17 Auburn game is the next most expensive at 235.

The Sooners (1-1) fell 11 spots to No. 21 in this week’s US LBM Coaches Poll after a 17-10 loss at Michigan Saturday. Oklahoma plays at home Saturday night against New Mexico.

Georgia (2-0) opens SEC play at Arkansas Saturday at noon. It’s the Bulldogs first game against a power conference opponent.
