It is weird to say the phrase, “Big Ten play begins this week at UCLA,” but here we are. For the first time since Jnauary 1, 2001 the Boilermakers will play in the Rose Bowl, albeit with much lower stakes than its previous visit. Purdue has not won a regular season game on the west coast since winning at Standford on October 3, 1970, and a potential strong start in the Big Ten is on the table with a win.

In this week’s pregame press conference we begin with head coach Barry Odom discussing where the program is after Saturday’s double overtime heartbreaker against Wake Forest.

Next we have Josh Henson talking about the strengths that the offense showed on Saturday and what it needs to do to finish drives.

Finally, defensive coordinator Kevin Kane talks about what improvements the defense needs to make after struggling to get off the field agaisnt the Demon Deacons.
